Mr. Greggory Kalvin, also known as Gregg, CPA, has been a Corporate Controller of DineEquity, Inc. since August 13, 2007 and has been its Senior Vice President since November 2009. Mr. Kalvin has been an Interim Chief Financial Officer of DineEquity, Inc. since March 15, 2017. He has been Vice President and Chairman of IHOP Corp. since August 13, 2007. He served as Vice President of DineEquity, Inc. since August 13, 2007. He served as an Interim Chief Financial Officer of DineEquity, Inc. since September 2008 until February 2009. In this position, he provides leadership for IHOP's accounting, tax and financial reporting groups and responsible for its accounting management and regulatory reporting and compliance process, including direction of its general accounting practices, financial controls and analysis and reporting functions. Mr. Kalvin served as the Chief Accounting Officer of j2 Global Communications Inc. from May 19, 2003 to June 4, 2007. In this role, he was responsible for all aspects of financial accounting and reporting. Mr. Kalvin served as Vice President of Finance of J2 Global Communications Inc. from December 2000 to May 2003 and served as its Vice President. He served as J2 Global's Controller from May 1997 until December 2000. He joined j2 Global in May of 1997. Prior to joining J2 Global Communications Inc., he served as a Senior Audit Manager at KPMG LLP and then as Managing Audit Director for Prudential Healthcare Inc. Mr. Kalvin received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in Accounting from San Diego State University. He is a Certified Public Accountant from the University of AICPA.
