What do you like best about the leadership team?
The new COO clearly lays out expectations and explains them in way that everyone can understand.
Our leaders are always doing what it takes to make our team the best we can be. They also care about work/life balance.
Huge focus on people, sustainability and their development. Very transparent on changes and listening to what concerns there are.

We have great health benefits and our CEO is always checking to ensure we are equipped with what we need.

What are some of the best things about your team?
Creative, whip-smart individuals who are always looking for ways to better themselves.
We work hard but we also enjoy being around each other and spending time together outside of work.
The people here are not only fun, welcoming, helpful, and team oriented- but are also extremely bright individuals who understand both independent and team/company success. I have never experienced a company with so much transparency, and collaboration.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Our remote culture! If you find that you're having a rough day or need your own space from the office, you can head home and avoid any distractions.

What did you like most about the interview process?
Our leaders are transparent and honest. You know exactly what you are getting into when you are interviewed.
It was genuine. It was conversational, to learn more about each other and ensure that I wasn't just a good fit for them but that they were a good fit for me.

I enjoy finding new strategies to help our team succeed. It's fun when we collaborate and our minds come together to build successful campaigns.
