Discover Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

401K matching is the best

Benefits are very good. Compensation will depend on your area and leadership.

Low premiums, low deductible, and low out-of-pocket expenses on health care.

401k Match and vision plan

Fair pricing, covers all of my needs!

there are a lot of additional benefits offered ontop of just medical/dental. insurance for you pets, lawyer access, the company matches a 3% to your 401k even if you aren't contributing yourself. for example

High salary relative to peers

Discover's benefits are pretty great!

Benefits package is awesome with additional mental health options

Time off and health insurance

All the benefits; pto, tuition paid/reimbursed, insurance health/life, 401k, and other employee programs

Healthcare and time off (6weeks)

I just love that they are so helpful with my work schedule and they provide the best training

Very good pay for the company size and the area

Base salary, benefit, support, services

Medical benefits and immediate PTO

25+ days of PTO, insurance, 5% 401k match

Compensation in my opinion is more than we deserve as a call center department

Review from Customer Support Dept

Extra paid time off

Review from Customer Support Dept

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

A meeting with the Executive Committee Board for discussion of Contract and policy and procedures

more stock compensation, more base salary

Better raises more honesty better communication

We have been told there is going to be an analysis on our wages. I'm confident from looking at other salaries that are published that we overall make less in almost every position i the Training Department. I appreciate my job but I think we should have equal compensation as other companies.

Slightly better cash compensation and access to stock

Compensation not competitive.. no inroll promotion

I feel the benefits are too costly especially given the fact that there are a lot of things that aren't covered and a whole lot of co-pays and percentages that have to be paid out of pocket. I think the out-of-pocket should be less and I think the cost of the benefits should be less to me.
