I like that they speak to us and give us updates on the directions of the company. I do feel like it's transparent for the most part.

I have interviewed for several positions over the past year and feel like I had to be on my toes. Different managers do it differently. I have also interviewed employees for openings and can see the value in the way the process is done. I have no complaints as I believe we do our due diligence.
There was only one day of interviews and everyone who needed to take part was involved. I was also given a quick turn around.
