Hard working, driven, mission oriented, balanced
Review from Operations Dept
Positive and refreshing. As a new employee that started 4 weeks ago, my colleagues have been extremely welcoming and patient. Every single interaction has been great and they all want us to succeed. The Dispatch way is strong.
Review from Operations Dept
The ONLY thing this company cares about is falsifying their stats to make them better positioned for a big payday when they sell. Their Net Promoter Score of 95% is a total lie. The employees fill out the survey for all the patients. You WILL be miserable here.
Review from Operations Dept
The company is great especially at first, with encouraging admin and coworkers who care about you. The job is fast paced, and you are expected to know things quickly. The small problems and bumps add up, though, and get to you after a while. Not much is changed to improve things that peers notice.
