Productivity is backwards, the employees that have been there for a long time do not work as hard, as they become comfortable and leave the work to the newer reps, but they get paid 40% more than the newer reps even SM territory managers.

Very direct. If you are a salesperson at all, you will know after the first interview if you stand a chance of getting the job.

Unique I believe none since are mostly standard. Their health insurance is pretty good.

The usual 40 hours. Extremely rare to work beyond that unless there's a deadline near.

Very smart and approachable group of people. Maybe running a bit on the lean side.
