They used several tools to understand all kinds of different areas about me: technical, business acumen, personal behavior. I also met with my leadership team individually as well as the team members that I would be managing. This allowed me to see and understand a lot more about DISYS.
How everyone was warm and inviting but at the same time they were very transparent about the company and the job responsibilities and accountabilities that came with it.
