One of the best commission plans I have ever seen in the industry. I am sure some other company has better, I just have not worked for them
Great package for freshers, who have just started their career. No doubts.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Amount of work and stressful
I could use an annual salary raise to off-set inflation at minimum

Work with each other and not against eachother.

What did you like most about the interview process?
Different levels of rounds and focus quality professionals
They used several tools to understand all kinds of different areas about me: technical, business acumen, personal behavior. I also met with my leadership team individually as well as the team members that I would be managing. This allowed me to see and understand a lot more about DISYS.
How everyone was warm and inviting but at the same time they were very transparent about the company and the job responsibilities and accountabilities that came with it.

Being able to do the job I love working with and around people I like
Ability to work efficiently, and effectively, ability to supervise my own self and not have to be micro-managed. Great boss that I can turn to for help and support when I need it
