What makes you most happy at work?Good prospect of getting sold & stock option turning into cash
What needs to change to make the company culture better?Execs need to be more humble & be receptive to new ideas.

Promotions & raises are popularity contest, not based on job performance or contributions to revenue increase. People who don't produce keeps getting promoted because they socialize well/have beer/ never challenges the execs. POC get less respect & pay.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?Listen! Be open to new ideas! If you want followers, then don't waste the time of experienced people by hiring day. Hire people wanting to get their foot in the door of tech & they would give you what you really want: worshippers & followers.
