Vacation (12 days starting up to 20 after 5 years, 401K with match (100% match of first 3%, 50% match of next 2%), Health insurance (IIRC 80% company paid for employee, 50% for dependents), Profit sharing directly into 401K, Standard holidays (Christmas, Thanksgiving, etc.) but not "government holidays" like MLK day, Flexible hours within the constraint of being a consulting company, Snacks, sodas, basic food provided in the kitchen.
