What do you like best about the leadership team?
I LIKE THE FACT THAT MY LEADERSHIP ALWAYS BRING NEW IDEAIRS THAT WE THE STAFF BENEFIT FROM
Their Open and direct leadership.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Knowing the realities of health care and medical practices
How about compensation, we are in the middle of a pandemic and not being compensated for it .
What is the best part about your compensation package?
It is the two weeks leave
For engineers, ability to earn additional compensation.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Jut look around at all the good people leaving and what they are paid
Tenet just wants to make money off of patients and employees........ they dont care about anything but making miney
What are some of the best things about your team?
Team of coworkers are amazing and undervalued
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
They need to find new jobs
