What are your coworkers at dms like?
Hard workers. Also like a family.
What's the interview process like at dms?
One interview, I think they have a pre hiring test now. Then they call you if they are interested in you.

It's no been a while. The typical...experience, etc
What's the office vibe like at dms?
Upbeat yet serious, can be yourself. No question is stupid. Again, like family. Everyone works well together.
What are you most excited about working at dms?
It's just an overall great place to work. Very laid back but at the same time hard working people. An overall sense of feeling like a part of something.
What benefits does dms provide?
401k, vacation, parking, flex spending, medical, dental, vision, sick days, education if needed
How's the work life balance at dms?
Very good. Set hours and days so doesn't interfere with home life. If a day or time is needed for family they are very understanding.

Great! Can take all at once if enough notice, or a few days at a time.

Not too fast but busier days than others.

All of it...talking with clients, interacting with co workers.

Was very secure...i had to move so that's the only reason I didn't stay there, otherwise I would still be there.

The ones who work hard, are caring and do their job well.

They are very open to feedback. Open door policies for everyone. They are like family so very approachable.

Actually enjoy it. Lots of interaction with co workers, variety of things to do everyday.
How difficult is it to maintain a social life while in your job at dms?
Very easy. There are set hours, m9nday through Friday. Doesn't get in the way of family. They are a very family friendly/conscious company.
How challenged are you at dms?
Very, as far as learning. It can take a while but everyone trains great, they are patient and give you all the tools needed to be successful at this position.
What are the team outings like at dms?
Very fun. They spare no expense! Resorts, fun games, paraphernalia, food, always fun!
What's one thing you wish you'd known before joining dms?
Nothing. They made it very easy for me to transits into the position.
How's the morale at dms?
Very good morale. I didn't dread going to work because it's a very positive atmosphere.
How much diversity is there among employees at dms?
A good amount. Basically we have a little bit of everyone there.
What's the office layout like at dms?
Offices for the managers and very spacious cubicles for everyone else. Lots of windows, very bright. Two sides, one for claims and the other for client services.
What unique perks and benefits does dms provide?
Lots of vacation/personal days from day one, didn't need to wait to accumulate them. Days or part days off to go bowling, or to a resort. Very nice.
What's the pay like for Admin roles at dms?
The pay was great. Bonuses at the end of the year too. And raises according to your work ethics.
