They're very open about everything. Commun8cation is great! Always looking out for our best interest.

Everything because wow, not good
There is no leadership team. The owner makes all and I mean ALL the decisions and she can’t lead

The vacation days and medical benefits.

Owner always under paid and under valued employees

The level of confidence the management puts in me. They allow me to learn and grow while still allowing for errors when on a learning curve.
Being where I get a sense of accomplishment by not only helping clients but also do workers.
