We know that happiness and productivity go hand-in-hand, which is why we offer flexible working hours and an environment that’s equally professional and casual (yes, that means that you can wear shorts to work!). Our team is a quirky bunch that believes in a flat organizational structure allowing more ownership and opportunities for each member to succeed individually and as a whole. salaries need to be increased, no appreciation except for do more work. this problem still from early days. management very cheap except for favorite people showing very little respect for employee value unless you do more more more
