flexibility with work schedules. can take time when need to.

The most positive aspect of our company environment is to empower each other to do our best.

Leadership's focus on maintaining Culture and values

Everyone is cohesive for the most part. We have a fun dedicated group of team members.

Open floor, no cubicles so interaction is continuous. One perk is that lunch is brought in daily & the whole team often eats together as a group.

People are enthusiastic and hard working. Could use more structure at times but everybody is willing to work on that.
