
There is now an equity plan at DockYard. We have 2 tiers of health insurance plans, one 100% paid for by DockYard, as well as a 401k match. PTO is fairly generous and unlimited sick time.
Health option + Dental + Vision + Life/AD&D 100% paid for by DockYard
Fair given the size of the organization and offset by other perks--although I find it weird that there are salaries for jobs that do not exist at the company.
DockYard pays the full premium for all insurances and not just for the employee, but for family too.
