- What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?We are small, but are a global company represented by about 10 countries. We embrace the diversity of our employees and have the opportunity to learn about other cultures.
- What is the best part about your compensation package?There is now an equity plan at DockYard. We have 2 tiers of health insurance plans, one 100% paid for by DockYard, as well as a 401k match. PTO is fairly generous and unlimited sick time.
- What do you like best about the leadership team?We have a diverse leadership team who has been promoted from within. They take feedback from everyone at the company and try to act upon suggestions.
