What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone seems to want to work to help one another, especially if there's a issue or something out of the ordinary, I've never once had someone not willing to help or point me in the right direction, your own growth is supported by a supportive environment.
What makes you most happy at work?
I love the people I work with, the diversity of the work I do and the opportunity to learn in areas I want to be learning in. I've never come across a "no" more, how would we get there? I also love sound, audio and vision so Dolby is a great alignment for things I'm passionate about.
