Not sure. Seems a bit anarchical where I am ...no sense of order, nobody takes a stand and actually leads.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Fewer cliques. Leaders need to reward leadership and discourage cliques or politicking. Must focus on results, not who manages up and bullies down most effectively.
