The people and regular customers that make the day better and make you smile or relate to you. It makes you feel like your not just a cashier but that some people actually care about others still. Dollar general in elida ohio does this. I would recommend shopping there to anyone I knew.

The lack of hours and no work/life balance
Dollar General needs to take care of their employees. Provide more hours to get daily & additional tasks done.
Better management train employees and uniform
