overall i enjoy working with the people i work with. however i wish the hard work and dedication i have to get tasks done would be better compensated.

very friendly, always willing to help customers find what they need, makes work fun. however that is dayshift employees. not evening shift employees
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
for the amount of work an individual is responsible for getting completed verse the pay is unfair and some shifts end up doing the work the shift before chose not to do. only yearly $.25 raise. having various vendors as well as driveline mention to you that you are the only one they ever see working
