Nice Good to work culture is very good
CEO seems out of touch with operations in his head office. A full company reorg with many new teams, leadership and staff members and new or undefined processes. Yet, he's still pushing for unrealistic deadlines on projects, with teams working 16 hrs a day because the CEO wants it. Not good.
