What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Broken. A bunch of "drink the kool-aid" culture, but no actual team culture in the support office anyway.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
needs to be supportive not negative
Better supervisor as well as managers

I was hired on the spot. Was no formal application or interview
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Took a very long time between first and second interviews. Everything was online. The interviewers were tough and didn't give me opportunity to be myself. They hid how chaotic the company status is.
