CEO seems out of touch with operations in his head office. A full company reorg with many new teams, leadership and staff members and new or undefined processes. Yet, he's still pushing for unrealistic deadlines on projects, with teams working 16 hrs a day because the CEO wants it. Not good.

What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Took a very long time between first and second interviews. Everything was online. The interviewers were tough and didn't give me opportunity to be myself. They hid how chaotic the company status is.
