overall good experience. I've been there three years now. I was able to move up to a press operator within several months. Training for that position is a little lacking and you are expected to learn very quickly. Overall great benefits. Decent vacation unless you've been there over 5 years..

everyone shares the same vison and goal of working safely and producing quality products in a timely manner.

everyone works well together. we all try to help pick up slack where we can and help out anyone who might need it.
