What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Diversity and a lovely family environment

Clean workplace. But no fair wages

everyone shares the same vison and goal of working safely and producing quality products in a timely manner.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Start over from scratch. The human resources department was much better 10 years ago vs now. They don't solve problems anymore. They just give you a number to call and you're on your own. The mill manager says what you want to hear and does the opposite. None can be trusted.

Listen to the operator and hourly employees ideas

Make sure every employee is treated with respect and to gave patients when training all new employees and trained correctly.
