Management at Frankfort is USELESS. They cannot manage production capacity which means too much overtime for everyone else while you can't ever find one of them. Thanksgiving and Christmas 1 day off several years in a row. floor managers are awesome but also way overworked.

Strategy around total compmesation and not offering bug bonuses only to the executives.
Bonuses should be shared with all employees, not just leadership.
More money for the work you have to do
Only the executives make the money in RSUs. Hardworking individuals dont get bonus or stock options.
The career framework initiative is tone-deaf. Just drop ir and grow up.
They need to be smarter and work harder.
Coworkers need to be more attentive about the job they are doing.

better pay, less overtime. Some people have been on 10 hours for 5+ years non stop, other work 7 days a week for 7+ years with only 1 day off every other week maybe. Constantly scheduled every holiday with only 1 day off for xmas or thanksgiving. plant capacity sadly managed.

Make sure you specify they are going to have to do everything and figure out everything for themselves. There is little to no support.
Select quality people instead of hiring just anybody
Hire more diverse candidates. Update the office ftom the 1960's to at least the 1990's.
Maybe management should realy listen not act like they here us
People are inventing solutions in a bubble.
High prices for very average products.
going to work means what new, extra work are they going to push off onto the floor employees. floor leaders try so are and are treated like trash with engineering manager yelling at everyone. So many people trying to hold together what management is trashing, and most of them are always missing.
