The people!! and the ownership I have over my work. I feel like I'm actually making an impact and driving the company forward.

The interview process is very indicative of the culture of the company. It's a collaborative process and you're able to meet most people on the team across functions.

The team is amazing!!! Everyone is super hard-working and passionate about the work and the company. We have such a great collaborative culture where everyone is always trying to look for ways to make everyone else's lives easier. Also everyone is just super cool and fun to talk to :)
