The leadership team is very accessible and non-hierarchical. They each bring previous experience leading companies, so they're able to draw on past learnings. They lead from the frontlines and are very hands-on in setting vision, as well as building the product and the culture.

A generous equity package is my favorite
Monthly food allowance and the quarterly wellness bonuses have made a huge difference in my life!
Competitive salary, free lunch, and meaningful equity in the company. The stipend to set up a comprehensive work station at home is also a huge plus.
The daily lunch and quarterly wellness stipend are such a great perk.
Lots of great perks, but being fully remote is my favorite part.
Since i am a part time employee, i don't get any benefits, even though I work almost full-time hours. I am happy with this set up for now, I just don't see a clear path for moving up.
The interviewer team has some of the warmest, friendliest, most vibrant people I've ever met.
Everyone is supportive of each other and always available to help if needed - you're not ever made to feel dumb for asking a question
The team is generally eager to learn and to help. Everyone is very hard-working and demonstrates high levels of ownership, but also seeks to get input and perspective from others.
There is such a unique collective of diverse experiences and backgrounds that it really supports communal mindsets and personal development.
The team balances working hard with being lighthearted and never taking themselves too seriously

Support and collaboration at its best!
The commitment to hearing feedback at EVERY level and from EVERY voice.
At present, there seems to be very little to no drama. Everyone is focused on our collective success, and remains highly empathetic and supportive even during times where stress and workloads are cumbersome.
very informal culture, very social group
It is a very collaborative environment where pairing on work is highly encouraged. There are also different team events/hangouts, so you get to meet a lot of people in the team.

The people I get to work with every day - and being able to contribute to the product/constantly evolving it
I love interacting with my coworkers every day in our Standup meetings.
I believe in the Dover product and the Dover team. In my career, it's been rare that I could say those things truthfully.

interacting with the entire team in a very cross-functional way, I think recruiting is a really interesting problem to solve for startups
