What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

The commitment to hearing feedback at EVERY level and from EVERY voice.
At present, there seems to be very little to no drama. Everyone is focused on our collective success, and remains highly empathetic and supportive even during times where stress and workloads are cumbersome.

It is a very collaborative environment where pairing on work is highly encouraged. There are also different team events/hangouts, so you get to meet a lot of people in the team.
Everyone is willing to drop what they are doing to help you if you have a problem.
The help and how readily accessible everyone is.
Strong culture of ownership, i.e. everyone takes responsibilities for the tasks they were assigned and constantly thinks about what are the ways to improve the business going forward
