I believe in the Dover product and the Dover team. In my career, it's been rare that I could say those things truthfully.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
At present, there seems to be very little to no drama. Everyone is focused on our collective success, and remains highly empathetic and supportive even during times where stress and workloads are cumbersome.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I was able to meet people from across different functional areas at the company, and each provided unique insight to their job, as well as a unique perspective from the questions they asked.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is incredibly smart and supportive. We do whatever is needed to support one another, focusing on our shared success rather than the individual. They are genuine and good-hearted people, and I truly enjoy working with them.
