What do you like best about your company?Relaxing atmosphere. i go out and run my job the way I see fit without a ton of pressure from my boss.
What makes you most happy at work?Mostly the people I work with make me happy. I am always ready for a challenge, so the more challenging the day is, the happier I am at work
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?The environment is safety oriented. For the most part the culture revolves around everybody working toward the same goals as a team.
What would you most like to see improved at your company?I would like to see more classes on how to cope with shift work. Better communication between upper management and employees.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?I feel there is a certain amount of segregation between hourly employees and salary employees. I would feel better if all employees were looked at on the same level and be seen just as important in playing a vital role toward the companys goals. We all do our part that makes the company stay on top
