- What do you like best about your company?Relaxing atmosphere. i go out and run my job the way I see fit without a ton of pressure from my boss.
- What makes you most happy at work?Mostly the people I work with make me happy. I am always ready for a challenge, so the more challenging the day is, the happier I am at work
- What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?The environment is safety oriented. For the most part the culture revolves around everybody working toward the same goals as a team.

I would feel better if all employees were looked at on the same level and be seen just as important in playing a vital role toward the companys goals.
