Market rate and pay equity
Benefits were great at one time but have drastically changed over the years. Our little raise doesn’t cover premium increases and huge co-payment increases

Teamwork and a desire to help one another
Everyone is positive and encouraging.
Friendly individuals. Happy individuals. Fun
entrepreneurial approach, collaborative and very open
