I love getting to work with my team. They treat me like a person, not a job and there is a good amount of team comradery.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I met with several of my future direct co-workers and representatives from other teams and when I was hired it gave me confidence that my direct coworkers were the ones who believed in me.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I appreciated that they moved to remote work before it was even mandated because they valued our health during the pandemic. As a company as a whole, this is the most friendly place I've ever worked.
