The leadership team is pretty vast. Most of them are awesome human beings who truly love to build great things!

Freedom to do what is right for the employee and company
They do not treat you as subordinates. They value your input and try to give you more responsibilities thereby improving your career always
Treats everryonr with respect abd dignity
They are 100% approachable and encourage feedback.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
The best part of my compensation package is the profit sharing that goes directly into my 401k. I do enjoy that!

Paid very well compared to the industry. Yearly bonus/salary increase depending on performance
Bonuses are great, but it is all everyone thinks about!
Vehicle allowance is double what most companies offer
Stock program is great for everyone

Everyone enjoys working with each other
Innovative, no rank, and enjoyable to work with
We are actual friends. Inside and outside of work. Yes, there are boundaries but we genuinely love and respect each other.
Everyone works together for the most part. Great teachers as well
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Being more accepting of change and understand that policies and procedures are in place to benefit the employees and the company, and policies and procedures are not static and can changed to adapt best practices
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Our culture is effective. We genuinely care about our communities and strive to help where we can.
That it is construction with a new style of respect and understanding. New age type style

What did you like most about the interview process?
There were multiple interviews with lots of different groups of people. Everyone at the end has a say.
I was able to meet almost the entire project team
excellent treatment between colleagues and coworkers

Be more timely with decisions and interaction with the prospect. Don't leave them hanging
What makes you most happy at work?
Teaching and mentoring the younger generations
Seeing our teams and company win new and repeat work because of previous successful projects.
