Innovative, no rank, and enjoyable to work with

We are actual friends. Inside and outside of work. Yes, there are boundaries but we genuinely love and respect each other.

Everyone works together for the most part. Great teachers as well

We all get along and it makes the day go by really fast

Being more accepting of change and understand that policies and procedures are in place to benefit the employees and the company, and policies and procedures are not static and can changed to adapt best practices
