Paid very well compared to the industry. Yearly bonus/salary increase depending on performance
Bonuses are great, but it is all everyone thinks about!

Everyone enjoys working with each other

We are actual friends. Inside and outside of work. Yes, there are boundaries but we genuinely love and respect each other.
Everyone works together for the most part. Great teachers as well

Our culture is effective. We genuinely care about our communities and strive to help where we can.

There were multiple interviews with lots of different groups of people. Everyone at the end has a say.
