Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

The pay was more. The compensation we get is what the government gives to the company. I cannot live comfortably working at drive. A weekly check of 500 is gone by the weekend with bills and not all the bills I have to pay is paid.

Way to many hats to wear for the pay!
