What is the best part about your compensation package?

Fair and reasonable pricing for all

I like that remote days are part of the package.

Review from HR Dept · Posted 8 days ago

I believe with the current economic world we live in the car has been the best part of the compensation package outside of the paycheck.

The 401k match and my signing bonus were both nice.

The best part is performance based earning potential.

Review from IT Dept

The long-term investment component, I value compensation structures that carry weight over time, and the LTI helps create that. It aligns contribution with longer-term outcomes and makes the package feel more meaningful than base compensation alone.

The company provides cars to managers and above.

Review from IT Dept

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

With my broad experience, my dedication, and adaptability, in addition to inflation, I would expect to be earing about 37% more than my current wages. My department also does not receive and weekly, monthly, quarterly, or annual bonus, whether or not the company increases profits.

Keep up with market trends. The work I've put in is that of a more senior role, and I feel the title and compensation should reflect that.

Review from Engineering Dept

I do feel that the pay is a little low for the position. There are leveling factors that make it manageable since it is WFH, which is great and definitely what I need. However, I feel it should be a little more (maybe a $2/hr increase) based on the level of responsibility we are given.

Review from Customer Support Dept

For the amount of work I do and requirements involved, I don't believe we are at Market value.

Review from Customer Support Dept

The going rate for the position in our job market is much higher compared to the compensation offered.

Review from Admin Dept

I'm very appreciative of the pay offered starting out, and it is higher than other places, but is still rather low compared to the true cost of living in the area

Review from Operations Dept

I think with the importance of the CTG team the compensation would be better.

Review from Operations Dept

I do not feel undervalued as someone new to titles, but feel the job as supervisor should pay comparable

Review from Operations Dept

Compensation should be measured by the value, knowledge and experience.

Review from Operations Dept

some other companys are paying more for ssme position

Review from Customer Support Dept

Market matched at $25+ Hourly

Review from Customer Support Dept

the amount of work justifies the pay

Review from Operations Dept

Pay is lower than desired given role title and career experience

Review from Product Dept

The pay doesn't align with industry standards. They took away the bonus a few years ago and increased the pay, but it has not changed with the times. There is no reason anyone should be making less than $50k/year. Especially with the amount of work, metrics and attention to detail that's required.

Review from Operations Dept

increase pay for workload not enough

Review from Customer Support Dept

being eligible for a raise at the end of the year when i was just hired in September.

Review from Operations Dept

Our store is trialing an enhanced compensation package for CEGs. This trial will not include a bump in compensation for the leadership team. I believe the results of the trial would be more revealing if leaders were to receive the same base pay percentage increase as the CEGs.

A more clearly defined career path, but no complaints for the most part.

Review from Operations Dept

I don't necessarily feel undervalued, but I do think we are on the lower spectrum of pay compared to similar companies.

We continue to receive 3% raises when the cost of living continues to go up and other companies are providing 6% raises with quarterly bonuses.
