DriveTime | Bridgecrest | SilverRock Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

Paid time off is great

Review from Customer Support Dept

I am satisfied with the base pay.

Review from Legal Dept

All the extra PTO time

Review from Customer Support Dept

Base pay is what i care most about

The cost is very competitive.

Review from Operations Dept

The best part of my compensation package is the included stuff.

Review from Admin Dept

The health insurance is so robust

Benefits, good hourly, and hours work perfect with my personal life.

Review from Customer Support Dept

The company matching is exceptional.

Review from Customer Support Dept

I feel well compensated for my work here at Drivetime.

Medical benefits and company driver.

I get benefits starting in November.

Review from Sales Dept

I am new, so I dont have much to say about this

Review from Customer Support Dept

The fact that I get medical and dental on fay 31 and the other perks such as tuition reimbursement, gym memberships etc.

Review from Sales Dept

accessibility to choose for options

Review from Customer Support Dept

The opportunity for performance based raises as well as I like the providers chosen for our benefits.

Review from Customer Support Dept

only been here for 6 days -

Review from IT Dept

Company car for employees at certain levels.

Review from Marketing Dept

I'm still waiting for my first paycheck.

Review from Customer Support Dept

Benefits options are very good

Review from Operations Dept

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

For the amount of work I do and requirements involved, I don't believe we are at Market value.

Review from Customer Support Dept

The going rate for the position in our job market is much higher compared to the compensation offered.

Review from Admin Dept

I'm very appreciative of the pay offered starting out, and it is higher than other places, but is still rather low compared to the true cost of living in the area

Review from Operations Dept

I think with the importance of the CTG team the compensation would be better.

Review from Operations Dept

I do not feel undervalued as someone new to titles, but feel the job as supervisor should pay comparable

Review from Operations Dept

Compensation should be measured by the value, knowledge and experience.

Review from Operations Dept

some other companys are paying more for ssme position

Review from Customer Support Dept

Market matched at $25+ Hourly

Review from Customer Support Dept

the amount of work justifies the pay

Review from Operations Dept

Pay is lower than desired given role title and career experience

Review from Product Dept

The pay doesn't align with industry standards. They took away the bonus a few years ago and increased the pay, but it has not changed with the times. There is no reason anyone should be making less than $50k/year. Especially with the amount of work, metrics and attention to detail that's required.

Review from Operations Dept

increase pay for workload not enough

Review from Customer Support Dept

being eligible for a raise at the end of the year when i was just hired in September.

Review from Operations Dept

Our store is trialing an enhanced compensation package for CEGs. This trial will not include a bump in compensation for the leadership team. I believe the results of the trial would be more revealing if leaders were to receive the same base pay percentage increase as the CEGs.

A more clearly defined career path, but no complaints for the most part.

Review from Operations Dept

I don't necessarily feel undervalued, but I do think we are on the lower spectrum of pay compared to similar companies.

We continue to receive 3% raises when the cost of living continues to go up and other companies are providing 6% raises with quarterly bonuses.

Review from Operations Dept

cost of living increase as the cost of living keeps increasing

Review from Operations Dept

with speaking more than one language and with experience I bring, should be compensated for those benefits I bring to the company.

Review from Customer Support Dept

Better pay and PTO options
