What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Leadership Reviews

I'm not completely sure who my Leadership team is or where they are. They should be more easily identifiable.

Review from Customer Support Dept

commuicating with everyone/ micro managing

Review from Customer Support Dept

Better health care and need better pay, pay is not competitive to the industry and cost of living

Review from Operations Dept

paying attention to what the people on the floor taking calls and dealing with customers need. show appreciation for the employees. give raises when people learn new tasks and become hybrids instead of punishing them by giving more work.

Review from Sales Dept

Creating reasonable sales goals, being more transparent at how the company is doing, not discouraging the use of PTO.

Review from Operations Dept

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Compensation Reviews

With my broad experience, my dedication, and adaptability, in addition to inflation, I would expect to be earing about 37% more than my current wages. My department also does not receive and weekly, monthly, quarterly, or annual bonus, whether or not the company increases profits.

Keep up with market trends. The work I've put in is that of a more senior role, and I feel the title and compensation should reflect that.

Review from Engineering Dept

I do feel that the pay is a little low for the position. There are leveling factors that make it manageable since it is WFH, which is great and definitely what I need. However, I feel it should be a little more (maybe a $2/hr increase) based on the level of responsibility we are given.

Review from Customer Support Dept

For the amount of work I do and requirements involved, I don't believe we are at Market value.

Review from Customer Support Dept

The going rate for the position in our job market is much higher compared to the compensation offered.

Review from Admin Dept

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Team Reviews

I need them to understand that we all make mistakes and Rome wasn't built in a day. I am not going to come out of training a pro. Just because I don't understand doesn't mean that I am not trying. Maybe be a little nicer on constructive criticsm. We all have feelings.

Review from Sales Dept

Minding their own business, focusing on themselves and their jobs. Stop being messy, catty and petty. It takes nothing to be nice. Everyone is going through something.

Review from Operations Dept

I have one that has issues working with others. The others are fantastic. It makes it hard when there is one person that is not a team player

Review from HR Dept

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Environment Reviews

Training needs to be less confusing and more consistent

Review from Customer Support Dept

Low level, sales staff employees do not feel valued here. We got offered $1 off of Uber for employee appreciation week. Should have offered nothing.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Outlook Reviews

Requirements for calls cause me a lot of anxiety and stress. It doesn't feel natural and should feel more like helping.

Review from Customer Support Dept

I don't really care for being on the phones. If there's another job (outside of management) off the phones that would be nice.

Review from Operations Dept

They overdo the company events and it doesn't always come across as optional. It's almost like the events are used to mask the mess that's really going on. The turnover rate is higher than they claim. It's too high.

Review from Operations Dept

managers micro manage/ pay not good/ very stressful

Review from Customer Support Dept

not having to work would be better

Review from Customer Support Dept

What would you most like to see improved at your company?

Outlook Reviews

Potential hybrid schedule implementation for work from home and in office
