I've been really happy with the company since I've been here. Definitely ups and downs in the process, and there has been turnover, but the company is on a solid foundation and is really starting to build the dream team. Big things lay ahead and I'm excited about it.

The people. The opportunity. The customers we serve.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Between salary, equity, benefits, and thing like a generous vacation policy, it feels competitive in the market.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I got a good feel for the people, the culture, the opportunity, and the industry. I felt confident that this was a place I could grow and learn.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They all care about the company, industry, customers, and are working hard to build a strong culture in Boston. It takes time and effort, but they are committed and it's getting better each month.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Again, everyone cares about each other and is scrappy. Trying to solve problems in this highly regulated space is difficult, but very fun and rewarding. It takes a strong team to accomplish big things.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Smart, attentive, caring employees. Everyone here wants the company to win and each other. I've been consistently surprised by the level of commitment to the company in multiple departments. Happy to see the team pulling together.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I was lucky enough to meet the cofounders, the executive team, and a large number of other strong individuals. I was happy with what I saw, and while the team was young, they were scrappy and wanted to solve big problems in the space. It was very exciting.
