What do you like best about the leadership team?
They listen. They communicate. Collaboration.
Extremely approachable, humble, inspiring, and transparent. They listen, support us to be better every day, and always demonstrate care.
There has been a re-set across the leadership team the last year where a lot of new, experienced people have come in and they are having a really positive impact. The team is highly transparent - readily sharing information and a clear vision and strategy. Also very accessible and kind.
Strong strategic chops and approachable. Have painted a strong vision for the brand. They are smart, care about the team, and are committed to DEI efforts.
They care and they solve it, putting employees first and being transparent about our goals and what our role is within the alcohol industry. Better serving the retailer and customer landscape and being there when it matters

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Drizly rolled out a new comp package this year inclusive of amazing benefits and perks. Pay is anchored above market against other top tech companies. The new perks focus on taking care of yourself and is all about flexibility. It truly helps to create a great, supportive environment.
What compensation package do you mean?
Strong perks package with lots of flexibility. 401k match. Above market pay.
Various stipends to support our lifestyle, healthcare benefits, still no 401K matching but its in the works
The money and the benefits such as flexible vacation and commuter expenses covered. I could go on for hours here.

What are some of the best things about your team?
They work hard. We rally together to build things.
Highly collaborative, live Drizly values, fun and engaging, supporting one another to be better every day. I feel I can truly bring my whole self to work each day and that I won't be judged. Drizly is filled with awesome people solving outsized problems.
Really good, smart people who are passionate about transforming an industry. Everyone is very collaborative and partners well together. While we are remote-first, we do get together in person and I don't think I've ever felt such an awesome energy with co-workers before. I love the Drizly community!

They all love coming to work and love working with other teams and being extremely comprehensive and collaborative in what we do, always always teaching each other, learning, and asking/answering every question

What did you like most about the interview process?
Blind application. When you get hired here you know it is based on your skills.
Enjoyed meeting people and got a great sense for what it is like to work at Drizly. Everyone was very transparent, friendly and welcoming, and asked good questions where I felt they really wanted to get to know me as a person. I also loved the focus on DEI with the blind assessment to remove bias.
I met a lot of people and felt like I had a really good sense of the culture, challenges I would face in my role, and the overall mission and values of the company.
