Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

DB hires new pilots. Little experience, usually one drone and minimal insurance. Some times the pay looks good - then the vastness of the job sinks in. These projects cannot be done in the stated time or LOS. I've had 2 drones in the air and still couldn't meet their estimated time.
