He served as Diversey Corporation's Divisional Counsel for Europe, Middle East and Africa and as a Corporate and Litigation Associate for Winston & Strawn LLP in Chicago. He serves as an Advisory Board Member of the University of Kansas International Center for Business Ethics. A graduate of the University of California, Los Angeles with a B.A. in Economics, Mr. Donaldson earned his Juries Doctorate degree from Loyola University Chicago School of Law.
