Prior to joining DST, he served as a senior manager at Price Waterhouse for 14 years. He serves as a Director and Executive Committee member of Associated Industries of Missouri. Mr. Givens has been a Director of Asurion Corporation since January 2006. He served as Director of NEW Asurion since January 2006. He is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Science Accountancy Degree from the University of Missouri ??? Columbia.
