He served as President of TBG Information Systems Inc., which is engaged in the information systems and services businesses, from 1984 to 1987. He served as an Executive Vice President of Memorex Corporation from 1982 to 1984. He served as Chairman of DST Systems of California Inc. from August 1992 to April 2002. Dr. Castle has been a Director Noble Group Holdings, Inc. known as Leasing Solutions Inc.) since 1993. He serves as a Director of PAR Technology Corporation. He served as a Director of Teradata Corp. from August 1991 to April 1992 and The PMI Group, Inc. since May 1997 Until May 15, 2008. Dr. Castle served as a Director of SouthWest Water Company Inc. since February 2002 until June 2007. He also served as a Director of VeriFone Systems, Inc. (alternate names, VeriFone Holdings, Inc. and Verifone, Inc.) from January 5, 2005 to October 8, 2008. He served as a Director of California Inc. He served as director of ADC Telecommunications Inc. since 1994. He served as a Director of Infotron Systems Corp. from 1987 to 1991. Dr. Castle holds a Ph.D. in computer and information sciences from the University of Pennsylvania, an M.S.E.E. from the University of Pennsylvania and a B.S. from the United States Military Academy at West point.
