Stuart Bowers — President of DST Brokerage Solutions - DST Financial Services at DST Systems

Mr. Stuart Bowers serves as the President of DST Brokerage Solutions - DST Financial Services at DST Systems, Inc. Mr. Bowers served as a Partner at Finix Professional Services, LLC (Alternative Name: Finix Business Strategies, LLC) since July 2009 until April 2011. He joined Finix Professional Services, LLC in July 2009 and provided senior level relationship management to Finix's mutual fund, board, broker/dealer and regulator clients. He is an industry leader in both mutual fund and brokerage operations. Before joining Finix, he served as a Managing Director at Legg Mason, leading their Fund Services business around the globe. He served as Senior Vice President of Operations for Legg Mason, Baltimore, Maryland. He was Director of Operations for Legg Mason Wood Walker. He has extensive operational expertise. He served as a Trustee of CUSIP Service Bureau, Inc. He has served on numerous committees for the Investment Company Institute, the Securities and Financial Markets Industry Association, FINRA and DTCC. During his 32 years in the financial services industry, he has served on the ICI Operations Committee, the ICI Broker/Dealer Advisory Committee, the FINRA Investment Companies Committee, the DTCC Core Services Operations and Planning Committee, the SIFMA Operations Advisory Committee and was the Chairman of the Securities Industry Association's Operations Committee. He has also served on the board of CUSIP and on the ADP Client Steering Committee. Mr. Bowers is a Graduate of the University of Maryland, College Park and also attended the Securities Industry Institute.
