Mr. Vince Dasta serves as President of DST Realty, Inc., a subsidiary of DST Systems, Inc. Mr. Dasta oversees the development of properties that support the operations of DST and its affiliated businesses. DST Realty also provides facilities management services, including space planning, construction management and move coordination. Under Mr. Dasta's guidance, DST Realty, originally conceived as a way for DST to create space for its growing business, was a catalyst for the redevelopment of Kansas City's downtown loop. Before joining DST in 1992, Mr. Dasta had been in the construction industry for 20 years. Over his career, he has served as President/Chief Executive Officer of construction, development and management companies that have created over 75 million square feet of industrial/commercial/institutional properties. Mr. Dasta is a graduate of University of Kansas with a B.S. in Civil Engineering and a B.A. in Business Administration.
