William Slattery — Chairman of Internaitonal Financial Data Services and CEO of International DST Financial Services at DST Systems

Mr. William Slattery, also known as Willie, serves as a Managing Director of State Street Ireland of International Financial Data Services (Ireland) Limited. Mr. Slattery has been Chief Executive Officer of International - DST Financial Services at DST Systems, Inc. at International Financial Data Services Ltd since February 18, 2017 and has responsibility for all business activities operating outside of the United States. He has wealth of experience having most recently held senior roles in State Street in EMEA. Prior to joining DST, Mr. Slattery served as head of the Investment Servicing business for State Street in Europe. He served as an Executive Vice President at State Street Corp. from October 2012 to April 6, 2016 and Head of The Global Services Business In Europe, The Middle East & Africa until April 6, 2016. He served as Country Head of Ireland and Managing Director of State Street in Ireland of State Street Corp. He was responsible for coordinating and managing State Street's corporate, real estate, legal and regulatory affairs. Before joining State Street in 2003, he was at Deutsche Morgan Grenfell ( Ireland) (now Deutsche Bank AG), where he served as Managing Director and Global Head Of Risk Management for the Asset Management Division from 1999 to 2001. While at Deutsche Bank, he also held a number of senior compliance and risk management positions. He also worked for the Central Bank of Ireland for 23 years until 1996. During his tenure at the Central Bank of Ireland, he was responsible for supervising Dublin's International Financial Services Center from its establishment since 1987 until 1995. Mr. Slattery served as Managing Director and Head of Global Risk Management at Deutsche Asset Management. He served as Deputy Head of Banking Supervision, where he was responsible for the supervision of all Irish banks and building societies. He has been Chairman of Internaitonal Financial Data Services at DST Systems, Inc. since February 18, 2017 and International Financial Data Services Ltd. since June 26, 2017. He served as Chairman of Financial Services Ireland. He has been a Director of Vanguard Investment Series Public Limited Company since October 14, 2016. Mr. Slattery has been Director of International Financial Data Services (Ireland) Limited since June 26, 2017 and International Financial Data Services Ltd. since June 26, 2017. He served as a Non Executive Director of Aer Lingus Group plc since July 12, 2013 until September 2, 2015 and Aer Lingus Limited until September 1, 2015. He served as a Member of the Deutsche Bank AG Group Risk Board. He served as a Member of both the Irish Government Review Group on Public Service Expenditure and the 2nd Public Service Pay Benchmarking Body. He was a member of the Public Expenditure Review Group, established by the Irish Government in 2009. He was a Member of Ireland's National Competitiveness Council and of the Clearing House Group, an umbrella group with responsibility for the oversight of the IFSC chaired by the Secretary General of the Department of the Prime Minister. He is the Founding Chairman of the executive steering committee of IFSC Ireland.
