How does Duck Creek Technologies measure success and growth in the Design department?
At least during my time there, they didn’t have a design department, but there were a couple designers in the UX department. Raises & promotions are measured similar to how they were while DC was part of Accenture: you set quantifiable short- & long-term goals and success is measured by how well you meet them.
What should I wear for an interview at Duck Creek Technologies?
It depends what office you're interviewing at. The Bolivar office tends to be more casual, Columbia is more business casual. Either way, you can't go wrong with dressed-up business casual (one step down from a suit).
